Overseas Sales Agreement with HDCZ

Huadian Caofeidian heavy industry equipment Co., Ltd. (Unified Social Credit Code: 91130230689262608q, hereinafter referred to as HDCZ) and Shanghai Sunshine Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. (Unified Social Credit Code: 91310000ma1h36c89u, hereinafter referred to as SSI) signed an overseas market sales agency agreement that HDCZ authorized SSI ( Shanghai Sunshine Industrial Technology Co., Ltd.) as the only representative of overseas markets. This agreement will be effectived from 12th May 2021.
