Urea project offered for Turkey client

One client from Turkey request us to supply them with 300000 t Urea each year. Since we are the overseas market agent of SINOCHEM, the price is reasonable, so our client accepts our offer. However our client request the payment by LC and involve in a local court, we considered there is some risk for us, so we rejected the project.
